Yes, it's quite amazing isn't it! Iceland has been the most consistent country in terms of gender equality for the last 15 years, according to the Global Gender Gap Report, and ranked at #1. Also, it's #3 in the world happiness index (2025). So all of this also lends reason to optimism!
