I am so glad to know you both, and it was so fun to get a peek into your conversation. I really love and appreciate the way you reframed the assumptions about aging. It's so true that we expect aging to come with certain physical degradation. How interesting to think about how those assumptions and expectations might help shape our reality in ways that aren't in our best interests. Thanks for this.
Heidi, I just sent the following message to a dozen women that would benefit and enjoy reading and participating in your Pink Zones project.
"I am forwarding “The Pink Zones” to you in the hope that you read and subscribe for free to Dr Heidi Lescanec’s SubStack articles.
Heidi is expanding the conversation about women’s ageing at a time where these personal stories and experiences could not be more important.
She is currently looking for women to interview. If you are interested please reach out to her and forward this information to the women in your circle that you cherish."
Once again I am inspired by learning a little bit about Cathy Joseph and I am not surprised by the spiritual synchronicity that brought you two to talking and sharing.
Thank you Adrianne! I am so glad that you re inspired and see these stories as important and timely too. It is such a pleasure to do this kind of "research"-- as you know, most research of this kind is me-search :).
As the Cathy of this post, I just want to thank you again, Heidi, for sharing a bit of my story and what you took away from our conversations. I have so enjoyed having the opportunity to speak with you and learn about your passion for Pink Zones. I know in my heart that this is important work that you are being called to do. I have enjoyed reading about the people you have profiled so far, and am honored to be in their company. 💕
This is great!! Cathy, it was such a treat to learn more about your life and work. And Heidi I'm loving your project! A really interesting conversation 💕
Fantastic, Dr.Heidi! Thank you for profiling my hero, Cathy! I've been blessed to know and learn from her for decades—scarily, I think 30 years! She has always been "everything you discovered" and more. There is never a time you leave a "random conversation" with Cathy and not feel inspired. I know I am a better person for loving Cathy.
Wow, I loved this whole piece. Your voice shines through Dr. Heidi and look forward to following this author as well! 💕🙏
Thank you so much, Jen. That means a lot from you!

This is beautiful Mary! You are so fortunate to have known her for that length of time, and she to have this kind of friend in you!
Be sure and ask her about her manuscript that is waiting for a publisher!! She has a blessing for communication in every mode...books too!
